This is an Experiment to see if I can create Vegan Cheese using traditional cheese making techniques and adapting them to Vegetable based only ingredients

a tablespoon for every egg you want to replace. I have had a doughy sticky bread out of this solution.
Different treatment for Gluten Free Flour?
I'll try adding less flax seeds But what makes this bread so fluffy and light with the use of eggs and diary?
I soaked the seed and crushed them in my spice grinder but that's not the solution.
